The ICON building, with the architectural signature of CIVILRIA and the architect Luís Pedro Silva, is distinguished by its unique architecture and concern with strategic efficiency and sustainability. It's designed to provide a modern, personalized work experience. The Ageas Portugal Group supports the flexible working model, promoting a healthy balance between the professional and personal lives of its employees, which translates into a more positive and dynamic work environment.
This building adopts an innovative approach, incorporating new working methods, such as free-sitting and open space. The objective is to create a more flexible working environment adapted to the individual needs of each employee. All these innovations are clearly visible in the new space in Porto, a project that included detailed planning by Broadway Malyan.
Additionally, Exporlux played a fundamental role in creating this work environment. By providing high-quality lighting solutions, Exporlux contributed significantly to the comfort and efficiency of the space, demonstrating the Ageas Portugal Group's commitment to the quality and well-being of its employees.
